Description

Construction of a new water distribution system to serve residents of the Tall Oaks Lake Conservancy District in southeastern Morgan County. The project will include approximately 8,100 feet of 4” diameter HDPE water main to be installed by the horizontal directional drilling method, two master metering structures and connections to the Citizens Water - Morgan County water system, nineteen metered residential service connections, polyethylene service tubing to connect existing customers to the new water mains, and associated valves, fittings, flushing hydrants, disinfection, testing and startup to provide a complete and operational system.
