Description

Complete the site development and construction of an approximately 10,000 sf addition that will be the permanent location for the Dublin City Council Chambers. The addition will include City Council Chambers, break out rooms, offices, conference spaces, public gathering spaces, and support spaces. Along with the addition, the existing building will be renovated. Existing finishes will be modified as well as the construction of offices, conference rooms, support spaces, and certain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and overall security renovations to accommodate the City Departments that will be relocated to these spaces.
