Description

Improve aesthetics, ADA compliance and operation, such as elevator speed. Owner would like to see interior improvement of the elevator cab to promote a more welcoming, hospitality feel. The scope will include the replacement of the hydraulic system and pistons. The project will be phased to allow one elevator to be available while the other cab is being replaced.
