Description | Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town of Milford Highway Department is soliciting Bids for the Replacement/Installation of Steel Garage Doors at the Highway Department buildings located at 30 Front Street, Milford, Massachusetts. Door Openers There are a total of 8 door openers, we will reuse existing openers where possible. All replacement door openers must be 3/4 HP Liftmaster MyQ Electric Garage Door Operators or equivalent to match existing openers, heavy - duty worm gear in oil reducer, floor level chain hoist easy disconnect, timer to close, 3-button control station installed. Must include 8-3 button Visor Liftmaster Remotes or equivalent to match existing remotes. Garage Doors There will be a total of 8 - 16'2"X14'1" door replacements. All doors must be Weatherbreaker 175 Commercial Insulated (R16.4) or equivalent to match existing doors. Color Brown to match the existing color. Door #8 will be 3" heavy duty track - torsion springs, 15" track, double end stile, 4 steel struts and weatherstrip moldings. Doors # 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, will be 3" heavy duty track - torsion springs, 4' high lift track, double end stile, 4 steel struts and weatherstrip moldings. Door #2 will be 3" heavy duty track - torsion springs, 72" high lift radius, double end stile, 4 steel struts, will include 8-24"X 8" insulated windows (4 each on sections 3 & 4) weatherstrip moldings and 1"x6" Azek exterior door trim. Special Notes All existing doors, parts and equipment must be removed at completion of project. Contractor is responsible for all lifts and equipment needed for door installation. Contractor is responsible for any electrical contractors or other contractors needed for the project. |
