Description

West End Water Improvements. The Work consists of constructing a new booster pumping station, approximately 4,865 feet of 12-inch water transmission main, approximately 3,900 feet of 16-inch water line, 1,030 feet of 6-inch water line, and a new 400,000 gallon water storage tank. The City of Steubenville reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities. Minimum prevailing wage rates shall be paid according to the Contract Documents, and Bidders must comply with all requirements of the Instructions to Bidders.
