HVAC Replacement On Palmer Park Recreation Center Roof

Furnish all labor, material and equipment to include removal of existing HVAC units on the roof of the Palmer Park Recreation Center. The work consists of removing and disposing of the existing four (4) HVAC Units on the recreation center roof. Once demolition and disposal are complete, the Contractor shall make sure the HVAC units are functional, and properly attached. Base Bid Work includes the following: 1. Contractor shall provide four (4) new cost effective HVAC units that match dimensions of current HVAC units. Options need to be provided to allow the city to pick the most efficient and cost effective options. 2. Contractor shall verify actual dimensions of all HVAC units before purchasing and installing. 3. Contractor will be responsible for replacing existing HVAC units with ones of equal size and cost efficiency. 4. Contractor to provide a description of the warranty for the four (4) HVAC units which includes length of warranty period as well as what is covered. 5. Contractor shall provide any recommended annual service schedule for the HVAC units. This shall be an option for the City to consider 6. Contractor shall be responsible for replacement of current HVAC units and all debris created from the removal. 7. Contractor will have access to building Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
