Boiler and Chiller Replacement - Ridgeview Elementary

The purpose of this ITB is to establish an agreement for the replacement services of a boiler and chiller to be performed at Ridgeview Elementary as described herein. It is the intent of the District to award a service contract to a single vendor. All questions, requests for information or clarification pertaining to this bid must be submitted in writing to Jason Breit at jason.breit@lps53.org Monday, March 6, 2023 Question Deadline - 3:00 PM CST Tuesday, March 28, 2023 BOE Recommendation for Award Wednesday, March 29, 2023 Vendor Award Notification A Payment Bond will be required from any vendor that submits a total bid proposal in excess of $50,000. The undersigned Bidder agrees to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract value prior to execution of the formal service contract, agreement or issuance of an official district purchase order. The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any quote/proposal/bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer that the District considers to be the most advantageous.
