Description

The scope of work for the project will include renovations of mechanical and electrical systems for the building. Mechanical upgrades will include the installation of a new Heat Recovery Ventilator and Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning Unit along with all associate mechanical requirements provided in the mechanical design. Electrical upgrade will include a new electrical service and panel to support the mechanical upgrades along with all associated electrical design requirements needed. This will be a turnkey project to the Owner. This project is to provide cooling capacity for the gym area of this facility.
