East Master Lift Station Design

The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed bids to acquire the services for the installation and operation of a temporary bypass pumping system, removal of existing pumps and replacing with new screw centrifugal pumps, removal and replacement of the existing variable frequency drives (VFDs) and pump controls, the removal of existing plug valves and replacing with new knife gate valves, installation of knife gate isolation valves, removal and replacement of existing check valves, the removal of existing pipe and fittings, furnishing and installing all required pipe, fittings, couplings, and adapters, all modifications to the existing wet well and leveling the wet well floor. All Bids will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms to deem the Bidder responsive or non-responsive. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety or a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Port Orange, Florida in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed bid shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. All Bids are solicited and shall be made pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, City of Port Orange, Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 2, Section 2-263, and all Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions thereof.
