Emergency Call Center Addition

Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company. The Laclede County Emergency Call Center Addition project consists of a two story, approximately 8,400 square feet emergency call center and office addition that includes 5 offices, a conference room. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days. All bidders must provide a sworn affidavit affirming participation in a federal work authorization program and stating that the bidders does not knowingly employ any person who is not authorized to work in the U.S. The contractor must comply with current Prevailing Wage laws and other statutory regulations as referred to in the specifications. This project is tax exempt.
