Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mahomet, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: replacement of water service line. Site work to include excavation, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, court surfacing and equipment install, fencing, and additional necessary work as defined by the Contract Documents. Bid shall be held good and not withdrawn for THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date of bid opening. Neither the Landscape Architect nor Owner will respond to questions verbally regarding the Project outside the Pre-Bid Conference. All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made to the Landscape Architect in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. All questions are due to the Landscape Architect by Friday, June 3rd, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. local time, after this time no additional questions will be reviewed prior to the bid opening. The Village of Mahomet Parks and Recreation Department shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid properly addresses and complies with the invitation to bid and is most advantageous to the Village of Mahomet; price and other factors considered. The Village of Mahomet Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner.
