Fine Arts Renovation at Covington Middle School

The overall project consists of a middle school building addition, existing building renovations, and associated site work. Architectural: Architectural scope includes, but is not limited to unit masonry, cast stone, metal stud backup wall, stucco, thermal insulation, and interior finishes. Civil: Civil scope includes, but is not limited to reroute of floor drains to existing detention pond, new concrete flatwork. Plumbing: Plumbing scope includes but is not limited to water boiler, plumbing piping, and plumbing fixtures. HVAC: HVAC scope includes, but is not limited to new hydronic piping to connect to the existing hydronic piping, new air handling units, and fan coil units, ductwork, and ductwork installation. Electrical: Electrical scope includes, but is not limited to power, lighting, and fire alarm. Structural: Structural scope includes, but is not limited to concrete topping slab and opening support. Other: Other scope includes, but is not limited to audio-visual, technology, security, and acoustical improvements.
