Range $3,000,001 to $10,000,000 Performance Period: 540 Continuous Calendar Days (See Page CC-3 and Appendix B) Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page CC-3 and Appendix B A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. (Appendix A).
