Description | In accordance with the Weatherization Assistance Program, administered by New York Homes and Community Renewal, Ulster Community Action hereby requests proposals for the design, engineering, and installation of solar PV for this property. Bids are expected to include full EPC services, including all Central Hudson Electric interconnection reviews and approvals, NYSERDA NY-Sun application coordination, including Affordable Multifamily Housing incentive, and complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, and close-out requirements to achieve completion no later than 7/31/23. Total system capacity for all 5 buildings estimated to be approximately 200 kW, with final sizing depending upon efficient layouts, code compliant setbacks, and existing roof obstructions. Bid must include a fixed, all-in dollar-per-watt fee. System components shall include: SolarEdge or equal inverters 430W or higher modules PanelClaw ballasted racking, or equal Powerdash Data Acquisition System (DAS) Bidders must be NYSERDA NY-Sun qualified vendor, and may be required to receive a portion of payment directly from NYSERDA. Bidders are responsible for performing all structural and electrical engineering due diligence, including preparing and providing stamped structural and electrical drawings, to ensure code compliance and suitability, as well as for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. |
