Description

The Project consists of constructing approximately 90 lineal feet of 8" water main by horizontal directional drilling, traffic control and protection, pavement and lawn restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
