Contract 401 - Site Work - $2,600,000 Contract 402 - General Construction - $2,500,000 Contract 407 - Plumbing - $600,000 Contract 408 - Mechanical (HVAC) - $1,200,000 Contract 409 - Electrical - $1,200,000 At Anthony J. Schmidt Elementary School, site work includes upgrades to the parking lots, bus loop, and sidewalks; drainage improvements; and replacement of the playground. Building scope includes the creation of a secure entrance; renovation of the Main Office, Nurse’s Office and faculty rest rooms; renovation of the former Locker Rooms into usable teaching and office space; abatement of affected spaces; finish upgrades; refinishing of the gym and stage wood floors; replacement of the gym wall pads and basketball backboards; exterior door replacements; improved ventilation to various spaces; upgrades to the electrical service equipment; upgrades to the fire, smoke, and carbon monoxide detection systems; and various other mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. 3. At Highland Elementary School, site work includes upgrades to the parking lots, bus loop, and sidewalks; drainage improvements; and replacement of the playground and basketball court. Building scope includes the creation of a secure entrance; renovation of the Main Office and faculty rest rooms; abatement of affected spaces; finish upgrades; exterior building repairs and exterior door replacements; provide air conditioning to the offices; upgrades to the fire, smoke, and carbon monoxide detection systems; and various other mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
