Park Store and Lake Access ADA Upgrades at Inks Lake State Park

Renovate the Park Store restroom to be ADA compliant, including but not limited to replace the extension to the existing boat dock, replace concrete walks, and provide site drainage improvements in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. All work shall be completed within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
