| Description | 5 Years (3 years to assign new work + 2 additional years to complete assignments) New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design and Construction (D&C) intends to contract with up to 4 Fire Protection Engineering firms to provide program reports, schematic design/design development services, complete construction documents, and construction phase services. These services will be for projects relating to the replacement of fire protection systems (including: fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire suppression, smoke control, and mass notification) at various facilities throughout the State. Facilities shall range from individual office buildings and institutional campuses, to large multiuse complexes. |
