Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program

Hamilton County Environmental Services is accepting proposals for their Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program. The intent of this RFP is to secure pricing for Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection program for 2023 for a period of one (1) year (Initial Term) with two (2) optional one (1) year renewal terms (Optional Renewal Periods) at the sole discretion of County. This could result in a total of three (3) years if the County exercises its option to renew the Contract for each of the two (2), one (1) year optional renewal periods. In the event the Board determines that it wishes to enter into the Renewal Term, it shall notify the Offeror of its intent to renew, in writing, no less than ninety (90) calendar days from the expiration date of the term then in effect.
