Description

To Construct the park improvements project that includes development of one (1) concrete basketball court, two (2) sand volleyball courts, one (1) steel shade shelter, sidewalks and landscape installation. Santa Rita Park Improvements base scope: The Contractor shall construct all components shown on the construction drawings and specifications including, but not limited to: 400 SY of concrete sidewalk, parking lot modifications, relocation of art sculpture and footing, relocation of information kiosk, site furnishings, landscape and irrigation installation with associated site grading. Santa Rita Park Volleyball Courts, Basketball Court & Shade Shelter base scope: Santa Rita Park Improvements. The Contractor shall construct all components shown on the construction drawings and specifications for one (1) lighted concrete basketball court, two (2) lighted sand volleyball courts with associated site grading, and one (1) 20’ x 44’ steel shade shelter. The base scope of the Santa Rita Park volleyball courts, basketball court and shade shelter has Davis Bacon wage and American Iron & Steel requirements.
