| Description | Roof project Estimated Basic Roof size 50'-0 length x 19'-10'' height Contractor will be required to show measurements The contractor shall provide removal of old shingles, felt paper, edging and roof vents. Install new ice dam protection on first row only, both sides of the roof and Rhino U20 synthetic roofing underlayment (this substitutes for felt paper) throughout rest of complete roof. Install new Pro-panel II metal roofing -26 gauge, 3'-0" coverage, length to be determined by roof trusses (Contractor to verify), include all metal trim work. Color to be Polar White. Dispose of all waste to landfill (Contractor must turn in waste receipts with invoice) Attach total breakdown of cost of bid. |
