Zones 4B and 5 Street Rehabilitation consists of 11 blocks of partial street reconstruction and 13 blocks of mill and overlay. State Aid Street Rehabilitation consists of 6 blocks of mill and overlay. Work includes minor utility construction, spot curb and gutter and sidewalk replacement, and pedestrian ramp improvements.
