Community Center HVAC Roof Top Unit Replacement

Qualified firms or individuals to replace existing gas electric roof top units at The Gilpin County Community Center. The Gilpin County Community Center is located at 250 Norton Dr. in Gilpin County, Colorado. The Gilpin County Community Center is a multi-level commercial structure providing community programs, services, and amenities. Gilpin County is seeking to receive proposals from qualified firms or contractors to replace existing gas electric roof top units at the Gilpin County Community Center. Work will include but may not be limited to: Preparation, Recording, Measuring Prior to any work, measure and record airflow values of each unit. Measure Pressure Drops and Brake Horsepower of existing units. Recorded values will be submitted and documented to serve as a baseline guide for measurements after new equipment is installed. Removal of Existing Units Disconnect electric and gas. Remove and dispose of equipment properly. Install new units Prepare or install, or adapt roof curbs appropriately to receive new unit. If needed and outlined, relocate and refit any electrical or gas plumbing.
