Fire and Smoke Damper Repair services at the facilities listed below. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to conduct the Repair/Recertification of the fire/smoke dampers for James A Haley Veterans Hospital at 13000 Bruce B Downs, Tampa, FL 33612. The contractor will furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, fuel, supervision, and insurance required to inspect Fire and Smoke dampers at the Tampa VA Health facilities and provide documentation. The documentation of the Repair/Recertifications of the fire/smoke dampers will be provided in hard copy and electric form to the Tampa VA Contracting Officer Representative or designee. James A.
