Description

Scope of Work: 1. Upper Roof - Approximately 15,800 SF & Lower Roof - Approximately 4,100 SF Process and work method shall be the same for upper and lower roof (materials adjusted for roof size) A. Remove approximately 3000 SF of existing rock ballast with a crane and rock bucket. Place rock in designated area (TBD) in parking for temporary storage, for re-installation when roof is complete. B. Inspect existing roof membrane for damage and defects and repair as necessary. C. Once roof has been repaired, re -install rock ballast, leaving a repaired and ballasted roof.
