The Town of Poestenkill is seeking to purchase the following equipment: - Storz Hydrant Converters- 5" x4.5" NST Fire Hydrant Converter - Total Quantity: 140 BID SUBMISSION Bids must be received at the Office of the Town Clerk: Town of Poestenkill 38 Davis Dr Poestenkill, NY 12140 Note: Bids must be submitted and received by the date and time listed in the Notice to Bidders. Bids must include quote for Purchase Price of Specified Equipment, including shipping charges, in order to be considered. The Town of Poestenkill will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any firm or person in preparing or submitting its Bid. REJECTION OF BIDS To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Town of Poestenkill reserves the right to reject all bids and readvertise for new bids, to reject all bids and cancel the bid solicitation entirely, to reject any and all bids not considered to be in the best interests of the Town of Poestenkill, to reject all nonconforming bids, and to waive any informalities in bids received, should such procedures be in the best interests of the Town.WARD The successful bid will be accepted and the contact awarded at a Regular or Special Meeting of the Poestenkill Town Board. All quotes shall remain open for thirty (30) days after the date of opening.
