| Description | Trash Collection, Removal and Recycling Services: Contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, transportation, and any other resources necessary to pick up trash in accordance with USMMA’s specified pick up frequencies, segregate out trash not acceptable for dumping into the Landfill Facility, and transport sorted and acceptable trash to the Landfill Facility in accordance with the local environmental law, standards, and all other terms and conditions contained herein. All solid waste not transported to a processing facility for remanufacture or recycling shall be disposed of only through a solid waste disposal facility certified within the meaning of the Solid Waste Disposal Act. |
