| Description | The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, labor, to remove old water chiller and install new water chiller and pump. This will include inspection and repair of plumbing and full system to a completely operational status. The objective of this requirement is to remove and replace the Water Chiller to restore it to a complete operational status. Providing chilled water with the following requirements: - Chilled water pressure: 45 PSI (min) and 70 PSI (max). - Chilled water temp: 40F (min) and 60F (max). - Chilled water flowrate: 35 GPM (min) and 60 GPM (max). |
