| Description | Remove existing Chapel Air Handlers, Coils and Condensing units. Add 2 new furnaces with D/X Air Conditioning with associated ductwork, piping, electrical, and controls, for the Chapel. Second, add 1 new furnace with D/X Air Conditioning with associated ductwork, piping, electrical, and controls, for the upper Classroom and Foyer. Mechanical contractors are the Prime Bidders, and may need subcontractors (Electrical, Controls, Test and Balance, etc.) to complete the entire work as described in the specifications and drawings. Products or systems may be provided under a Value Managed Relationship (VMR) the Owner has negotiated with the supplier. VMR products and systems are indicated as such in the Specifications. TIME OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: The time limit for substantial completion of this work will be 45 calendar days and will be as noted in the Agreement. |
