Chuck Heinrich and Mary Frances Keisling Trailhead Improvements

The Project consists of the following Base Bids for the improvements to two trailheads as shown on the plans and specifications including, but not exclusive to, the elements described below (by trailhead): Base Bid I: Chuck Heinrich Demolition, earthwork, import fill, installation of HMAC parking lot, preparation of stabilized screenings pedestrian areas, new concrete ADA ramp, trash receptacle, traffic control, SWPPP, new sidewalk, new standard curb, curb and gutter, new fence, new amenities such as water fountain, bicycle repair station, signage, information kiosk, table with benches and canopy, reinforced driveway, ADA accessible parking, rock mulch hardscape, landscape boulders, 2-inch caliper trees, and automatic irrigation. Additive Alternate I: Chuck Heinrich Demolition, earthwork, import fill, installation of HMAC parking lot, new sidewalk, new wheelstops, new standard curb, curb and gutter, new fence, rock mulch hardscape, landscape boulders, 2-inch caliper trees, and automatic irrigation. Base Bid II: Mary Frances Keisling Demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, import fill, select fill at 24-inches below bottom of footing elevations for concrete elements, installation of HMAC parking lot, preparation of stabilized screenings pedestrian areas, trash receptacle, traffic control, SWPPP, new sidewalk, header curb, new fence, new amenities such as water fountain, bicycle repair station, signage, information kiosk, table with benches and canopy, reinforced driveway, rock mulch hardscape, landscape boulders, 2-inch caliper trees, and automatic irrigation.
