Forest Hill Boulevard Hedge Project in Right of Way

This project phase includes preparation of a four (4) foot wide strip (approximately 1000 ft. long) along eleven (11) lots/home sites adjacent to the right-of-way (behind the sidewalk) along Forest Hill Blvd. Preparation of the area should include removing existing hedge, undesirable trees, and any other vegetation within the area between the sidewalk and existing fences. On some properties the existing fence may be located outside the four (4) foot strip. The invasive plants growing in the chain link fence are to be included in the removal. In areas where there is no fence prepare a strip four (4) feet wide. Lower the grade, if necessary, to retain mulch after the installation of hedge material.
