Description

Remove existing Handicapped shower stall and seat. These items will be removed and stored onsite for reinstallation. Demo existing tile and lathe on walls/floors down to expose all studs. Replace visible plumbing pipe and fixtures to maintain current configuration. Install new floor pan and water test. Install new Ceramic tile on floor and walls. Install new shower fixtures. Repair and repaint ceiling Reinstall Handicapped shower stall and seat Provide cleanup and disposal of all debris and construction materials.
