| Description | The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept such bid that is most advantageous, beneficial, or expeditious to the City. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening. The City of Eureka is accepting proposals for City-wide solid waste collection services, including trash, bulky items, recyclables and yard waste for residential units up to and including duplex units beginning January 1, 2023 for a five (5) year period with the possibility of two additional one (1) year extensions. |
