Description

This project is replacing the roof of approx. 90,600 sf. Base bid condition is to remove all roofing to the supporting deck and install new insulation and single ply membrane at areas identified. Roof drains shall be replaced, all metal work to be replaced to match the existing bronze color. Adding roof ladders, there are overflow drain / scupper relocations in some areas.
