Keystone Batting Cages Project (Concrete)

Follow plans and details as provided. The project shall consist of the following: providing all labor and materials to excavate, install compacted gravel base, pour/finish concrete, and backfill with topsoil along the edge. The contractor is responsible for the restoration to any damaged park facilities and properties. Specifications: 1. Excavate and area 64-6 x 32-9 x 7 deep. The adjacent sidewalk will be used as the bench mark as grade. Note: After excavation, the fence contractor will be allowed to dig and install 27-3 OG galvanized posts per the plans before the gravel base is installed. 2. Gravel Base: 4 compacted limestone. 3. Concrete: a. 5 at 6 bag mix. b. 10-guage wire mesh c. Vî expansion joint at the intersection of each post d. Broom finish Ten percent (10%) Bid Surety is required on this project. The successful contractor must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond, and required proof of insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. All work must be warranted for one (1) years from date of acceptance. All prices are F.O.B. River Forest, Illinois.
