| Description | Contractor will remove existing cabinet, counter tops, and acoustic ceiling. Contractor will properly dispose of all waste in a contractor supplied dumpster. Contractor will supply and install kitchen cabinet, counter, back splash and acoustic ceiling to owners specifications. Contractor will repair plaster on interior wall around kitchen windows. New sink will be installed in counter with new faucet and install existing garbage disposal. Reconnect existing dishwasher. Kitchen existing layout will remain the same. Existing floor to remain. Existing fire sprinkler heads will remain no relocations will be needed. Existing kitchen appliances will remain. Existing electric and lighting will remain. |
