Description | This restoration project is known as the Phase 1 Historic Guard House Rehabilitation Project at Fort Stevens State Park. This Project site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All Work must conform with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (36 CFR Part 68). OPRD will provide the same information at both Pre-Bid Conferences, and Bidders are only required to attend ONE of the Pre-Bid Conferences listed above. Bidders or their representative shall meet at the following address: from Oregon Highway 101, 100 Peter Iredale Road, Hammond, Oregon 97121. Any statements made at the Pre-Bid Conference will not change the Technical Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued by OPRD BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONE OF THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCES. BIDS WILL ONLY BE EVALUATED FROM BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE WHO REGISTERED AND ATTENDED A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. ALL OTHER BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. The following is a Project cost estimate for bonding purposes: $2,400,000.00 PROJECT START DATE: Upon Owners issuance of a Notice to Proceed SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: No later than March 31, 2025 FINAL COMPLETION: No later than May 30, 2025, or as otherwise justified and negotiated for cause, such as availability of materials and supply schedule for slate roofing materials. All other work must be complete by the Substantial Completion date Deadline for solicitation protests, requests for change, requests for clarification, requests for brand name/ product substitutions, and questions 7 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date Deadline for Award protest 7 calendar days after issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award. This is the only point of contact for this ITB. Any questions or issues that may arise regarding the Specifications, the bidding process, and/or the award process shall be directed to the Purchaser/Single Point of Contact.
