Hayward High School Modernization Inc - Phase 1

This is an Overaa project and we are seeking final bids for Phase 1 of 4. Hayward Unified School District will be performing modernization upgrades at Hayward High School. Work includes renovations and upgrades to classrooms; gym seismic upgrades; gym interior finish improvements; ADA site upgrades. Classroom renovations include selective demolition, structural upgrades, misc metals, casework, finish carpentry, glazing, doors, frames, & hardware, insulation, roofing, framing & drywall, painting, tile, flooring, ceilings, DIV 10 specialties, signage, window coverings, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, AV equipment, site concrete Construction Schedule: Phase 1 of 4 begins Feb 2023 and completes Aug 2023 Project Stabilization Agreement (PSA) Local Hire Requirements Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements DVBE Goal of 3% – Participation Encouraged Value Engineering ideas are encouraged, please provide with your proposals.
