As of July 24, 2023, no bids received. Project will rebid in the fall. Engineers Estimate is $130,000 - $165,000. Work includes Clearing and Grubbing, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, ADA Ramps, Asphalt Paving, Traffic Control, and other related work. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor defects, or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, subject to the conditions provided for in the bid procedures and conditions *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
