On-Call Manhole Rehabilitation for Wastewater Facilities Construction Contract

The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: 1. Remove and replace Standard 48-Inch Water and Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes 2. Remove and replace Standard 48-Inch Water and Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes Extra Depth 3. Remove and replace Standard 60-Inch Water and Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes 4. Remove and replace Standard 60-Inch Water and Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes Extra Depth 5. Remove and replace Standard 72-Inch Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes 6. Remove and replace Standard 72-Inch Sanitary Sewer Pre-cast Manholes Extra Depth 7. Provide and install 48-Inch fiber glass Sanitary Sewer Manhole inserts 8. Provide and install 60-Inch fiber glass Sanitary Sewer Manhole inserts 9. Provide and install 72-Inch fiber glass Sanitary Sewer Manhole inserts 10. Provide and install New Manhole Ring and Cover 11. Dewatering and by-pass pumping 12. Asphalt ana Reinforced Concrete Pavement Cut and Restoration 13. Two-Sack Cement Stabilized Backfill for Paving Cut 14. Traffic Control.
