Description

1. Demolishing Holly Hall Apartments (consisting of three apartment buildings). The demolition includes the removal of all levels (including basement, slabs and foundation). All asphalt, curbs and gutters are to remain, and 2. This work must be carried out in accordance with all prevailing federal, state and local codes and regulations and in strict conformance with all prevailing Montgomery County Codes, and 3. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that water and sewer are disconnected and capped off prior to demolition, and 4. Contractor is responsible for rodent inspection and treatment, and obtaining pest removal letter necessary for Raze permit, and 5. Contractor is responsible for dust control and adhering to any applicable noise ordinances, and 6. Contractor is responsible for removal and abatement of hazardous material pursuant to Exhibit C, and 7. Contractor is responsible for: pulling the Montgomery County Demo/Raze permit(s), and any costs associated therewith, following the Montgomery County Approved Sediment Control Plan (including installation of super silt fencing and all sediment control devices to meet Montgomery County sediment control regulations), and grading/stabilizing the property accordingly after demo. Copies of all permits shall be posted by the contractor on-site and emailed to the Contract Administrator
