| Description | sealed bids will be received for the collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials for the Borough of Paulsboro in accordance with specifications. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to the Borough of Paulsboro in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price of the bid proposal. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 (Affirmative Action). In compliance with P.L. 1977, C-33, the Bid must state whether or not any shareholders hold more than ten percent (10%) interest in the bidding corporation or partnership, and if so, must state such shareholder's or partner's name and addresses. No bid may be withdrawn without consent of the Borough of Paulsboro for a period of sixty days after the time for opening of bids has passed. The Borough of Paulsboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. |
