Description

Trail and Parking Lots A completed Attachment B: Jobsite Verification Form should be included in bidder's submission Please contact Seth Miller at (318) 243-6194 for any questions regarding the one-time mandatory jobsite visit. NOTE: Vendor will need their own ATV or UTV for site visit. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation. Failure to do so will remove the bid from consideration. Please refer to Attachment A: Special Terms and Conditions page four (4) for complete details of this requirement
