Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services, Kinzua Dam and Allegheny Reservoir

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Kinzua Dam and Allegheny Reservoir. The Kinzua Dam and Allegheny Reservoir is located in Warren County, PA, on the Allegheny River, approximately 6 miles upstream from the city of Warren PA. Recreational facilities owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Kinzua Dam are Big Bend Overlook, Big Bend Outflow, and Tailwater Access Areas. Recreational activities at these sites include sightseeing, boat launching, fishing, and areas for cookouts. A playground, three nature trails, and a seasonally operated Visitor Center are also available for public use. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles as required to perform mowing, cleaning, janitorial, and other maintenance services in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation.
