Description

To provide the following services: Provide continual market and future updates for natural gas and electricity Develop methods to reduce natural gas cost. Provide recommendations on natural gas hedging. Bid TPS natural gas requirements with other entities to increase buying power. Establish budget projections for natural gas and electric. Establish cash flow projections for natural gas bank. Evaluation of potential suppliers to determine creditability. Analyze all energy purchase contracts. Ensure firm non-interruptible gas supplies flow for TPS. Representation at local, regional, state, and national energy meetings with no-nonsense reports. Audit and analyze electric billing and natural gas transportation billing. Evaluate TPS facilities' electrical rates for optimum rates. Assist and advise within negotiations for energy. Provide third-party expert opinion on all energy matters. Consultant must be available to TPS 24 hours a day to advise on any energy related emergencies.
