| Description | There is a requirement to inspect fiber optic cables for cleanliness and damage prior to connection. The RQ-21A system uses M28876 connectors, which are unique from the connectors typically used with NAVAIR systems. The unique connectors prevent the RQ-21A program from utilizing the CSE FOIS as is. The PSE FOIS consists of all the items necessary to make a visual evaluation of the fiber optic cables used in the RQ-21A system. |
