DVBE(100%) Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. Project 621-17-110, Renovate Women's Health Clinic at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Lamont and Veterans Way, Mt. Home, TN 37604. The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center has a requirement for construction services for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision required to Renovate Women's Health Clinic This project includes general construction, electrical, plumbing, and architectural improvements. Project Specifications and Drawings are provided herein. NAICS code 236220 is applicable for this project. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 through $2,000,000.00. See FAR 52.236-27 for the date and time of the organized site visit. There will only be ONE (1) site visit on this project. The site visit will be April 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM ET. Please make sure you have a mask to wear during the site visit.
