Description

DVBE(100%) Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility. Project 621-17-110, Renovate Women's Health Clinic at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Lamont and Veterans Way, Mt. Home, TN 37604. The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center has a requirement for construction services for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision required to Renovate Women's Health Clinic This project includes general construction, electrical, plumbing, and architectural improvements. Project Specifications and Drawings are provided herein. NAICS code 236220 is applicable for this project. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 through $2,000,000.00. See FAR 52.236-27 for the date and time of the organized site visit. There will only be ONE (1) site visit on this project. The site visit will be April 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM ET. Please make sure you have a mask to wear during the site visit. To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirement, specifications and/or drawings, submit a written Request for Information (RFI) via email to Diana K. Grube, Contracting Officer at diana.grube@va.gov. RFI's must be specific in identifying section, paragraph and page number and must be in question format. ALL RFI's submitted shall include the project number and title, contractor name, city, state, telephone, email address, date submitted and RFI question (s). Questions received after 11:00 AM CT on April 18, 2022 will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government as deemed by the CO. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. In accordance with P.L. 1090461, this aquisition is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. In order to be eligible to receive an award under this solicitation, the SDVOSB contractor must be listed and viewable int eh vetbiz Registry located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of offers due and at time of the award. Offerors are advised that the fast tract reverification program ended September 30, 2012. Consequently, offerors in reverification status will not be eligible to submit offers for this project. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (SAM), all prospective offerors must have an active SAM's registration at the time of offer submission.
