Chiller Project

Exact room number is to be determined. Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as "City of Westfield Middle and Intermediate Schools Project, Bid No. 22-049." The Project consists of, but not limited to the following: Renovations, rebuilding and upgrades to the existing chiller units serving each school. It is the intent of the Awarding Authority that the Mechanical Contractor shall serve as the general contractor for all aspects of the project. In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44D, General Bids will be valid only when accompanied by (1) a current certificate of eligibility issued by Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance, showing that the General Bidder has the classification of "Mechanical Contractor" and a capacity to perform this work and (2) an update statement summarizing the General Bidder's record for the period between the latest Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance certification and the date the bid is submitted.
