Materials and installation/repair of Martha Denton Pool. The location of the Martha Denton Pool is 406 Cotter Street, Ringgold Georgia 30736 1. Remove Waterline tile 2. Remove Gutter tile and coping tile lip 3. Build up void where waterline tile is gone and patch all holes present 4. Sandblast existing painted surface of pool 5. Repair all cracks in Pool 6. Replace Rope Anchors at break point 7. Cut 18-24" trench around pool perimeter to replace plumbing 8. Replace return line plumbing and fill trench with concrete 9. Perform pressure test on all plumbing to ensure leak free 10. Replace or extend all return fittings in pool and add return wall fittings with female threads 11. Add Directional eyeballs to all returns 12. Add Additional steps to shallow end or pool 13. Add All applicable handrails per GA Health Code 14. Add Thermoplastic, non-skid "coping" surface to trenched plumbing area to extend to edge of Gutter System 15. Replace all Marker tiles in pool with # Tile, FT tile, International NO DIVE tile (where applicable for NO DIVE) 16. Add Non-skid marker tile in same configuration as waterline marker tiles in Coping on decking 17. Apply Thermoplastic or similar surface to entire pool up to waterline in contrasting color to Gutter surface 18. Add additional hydrostatic valves in pool floor and replace existing hydrostatic valves in bottom drains 19. Replace Main Drain covers with VGBA-compliant covers 20. Pool Interior surface to be white background per GA Health Code 21. Add Zero Entry to shallow end of pool
