| Description | To establish a Price Agreement for Warm Mix/Cold Lay and Cold Mix Recycled Asphalt for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). This Price Agreement is for processing asphalt emulsions as specified in this Price Agreement with aggregate, meeting the NMDOT's HMA's Aggregate Gradation for SP IV or Base Course Type I Gradation, through a hot plant to produce a Warm Mix Asphalt. The Price Agreement will also include processing of asphalt emulsions as specified in this Price Agreement with recycled asphalt millings through a central mixing plant to produce a Cold Mix Recycled Asphalt. Placement of the mixes to the specified width and thickness or stockpiling of material as set forth in this Price Agreement shall also be a part of this Price Agreement. This Price Agreement includes materials, labor and equipment as per the specifications contained herein. |
